Lin Dan is well advised to immediately retire from all BWF tournaments after the Olympics. This is because there is the danger that he may be accused of match-fixing if for some reason he doesn't try hard enough in some Super Series match. It is better to retire in all glory rather than to allow people to set a trap for him in some minor little tournament. It is not a matter of losing ,rather allowing vultures to gang together wait for an opportunity to disgrace him for some minor infringement. There is too much to lose and it is not worth the risk, witness what happened to the legend Kim Moon Soo who was sacked because he asked his players to play at low gear as a team tactic.
